Ordering
Please check your order, contact, billing and delivery information before submitting an order. You must provide complete and accurate information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.
Product information
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions and images accurately. Colours and presentation may vary slightly between screens. Nothing in these terms limits your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Prices and payment
The product price, any applicable taxes, delivery charge and total payable are shown at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. PRESTIGE BEAUTY GROUP LTD is not VAT registered.
Order acceptance
Orders are subject to acceptance. We may be unable to accept an order because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information is incorrect, an obvious pricing or description error has occurred, or a legal or regulatory requirement prevents acceptance. If we cannot accept an order, we will inform you and handle any payment taken in accordance with the payment status and applicable law.
Delivery
Available delivery options, prices and estimated information are presented through WooCommerce according to the order and delivery address.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Customers may have statutory cancellation and return rights for distance purchases. Exceptions can apply, including for certain sealed goods after they have been unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed products
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory rights relating to products that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not meet legal requirements.
Customer accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials confidential and telling us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

The Prestige Beauty name, website copy, design, branding and imagery are owned by or licensed to PRESTIGE BEAUTY GROUP LTD. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce or exploit its content without permission, except where permitted by law, or misuse the website or interfere with its security.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where possible, we will contact you about a material delay and take reasonable steps to reduce its effect. This does not affect rights that continue to apply by law.
